All manuscripts submitted to Journal of Morgensonne Multidisciplinary Research (JMMR) undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of the work before publication.

1. Initial Screening

Upon submission, the editorial team conducts an initial evaluation to assess:

  • Scope relevance
  • Manuscript completeness
  • Compliance with author guidelines
  • Plagiarism check (using reliable detection tools)
  • Manuscripts that do not meet basic requirements will be returned to authors for revision or desk-rejected.

2. Double-Blind Peer Review

Each manuscript passing the initial screening is assigned to two or more expert reviewers in the relevant field.

The double-blind review means that both authors and reviewers remain anonymous throughout the process.

Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on originality, methodological rigor, clarity, contribution to the field, and ethical compliance.

Reviewers provide constructive feedback and recommend one of the following decisions:

  • Accept
  • Minor Revision
  • Major Revision
  • Reject

3. Author Revisions

Authors are given the opportunity to revise the manuscript in response to reviewer comments.

Revised manuscripts may be re-evaluated by the same reviewers to ensure that concerns have been adequately addressed.

4. Editorial Decision

The final decision (acceptance or rejection) is made by the Editor-in-Chief or the editorial board based on reviewer recommendations and the quality of revisions.

5. Publication

Accepted manuscripts proceed to copyediting, proofreading, and formatting before online publication in the upcoming issue.

Estimated timeline:

  • Initial Decision: 1–2 weeks
  • Peer Review: 4–6 weeks
  • Total Publication Process: Approximately 8–12 weeks
