Journal of Morgensonne Multidisciplinary Research (JMMR) is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics and integrity. The journal follows the ethical guidelines set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and expects all parties involved in the publication process—authors, editors, peer reviewers, and the publisher—to adhere to ethical behavior and standards.

  1. Duties of Authors
  • Authors must ensure that their work is original and has not been previously published or simultaneously submitted to another journal.
  • All sources and references must be properly cited to avoid plagiarism.
  • Authors must provide accurate data and sufficient details to allow others to replicate the work.
  • Any form of fabrication, falsification, or data manipulation is considered unethical and unacceptable.
  • Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
  • Authorship should be limited to those who have made a significant contribution to the study.

  1. Duties of Editors
  • Editors are responsible for making publication decisions based on the quality, originality, and relevance of the manuscript.
  • Editors must ensure a fair and impartial double-blind peer review process.
  • Editors must maintain confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts and reviewer identities.
  • Editors should act on suspected or reported ethical misconduct, including plagiarism or data falsification.

  1. Duties of Reviewers
  • Reviewers must provide an objective and timely evaluation of manuscripts.
  • Reviewers should disclose any conflict of interest and decline to review if such conflict exists.
  • All information obtained during the peer-review process must be kept confidential and not used for personal advantage.
  • Reviewers must notify the editor if they detect any plagiarism, duplication, or ethical concerns in the manuscript.

  1. Duties of the Publisher
  • The publisher is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the scholarly record.
  • The publisher will work closely with editors to handle cases of ethical misconduct and will publish corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern when necessary.

JMMR does not tolerate unethical practices and reserves the right to retract or reject manuscripts found to be in violation of these ethical guidelines.
