Peer Review Process
All manuscripts submitted to Morgensonne Journal of Multidisciplinary Community Service undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality, originality, and relevance of the content.
The review process includes the following steps:
1. Initial Screening
The editorial team evaluates the submitted manuscript to ensure it meets the journal’s focus, scope, formatting, and ethical guidelines.
2. Double-Blind Peer Review
Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are sent to two independent reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. Both the reviewers and the authors remain anonymous throughout the review process.
3. Review Criteria
Reviewers assess the manuscript based on originality, relevance to community service, methodological rigor, clarity of presentation, and contribution to knowledge and practice.
4. Editorial Decision
Based on the reviewers' recommendations, the editor will make one of the following decisions:
- Accepted
- Accepted with minor revisions
- Major revisions required
- Rejected
- Revision and Resubmission
If revisions are requested, authors are given the opportunity to address the reviewers' comments and resubmit the manuscript within a specified time frame. The revised manuscript may be sent back to the same reviewers for further evaluation.
5. Final Decision
The editorial team makes the final decision on publication based on the reviewers’ feedback and the quality of the revised manuscript.
The average time from submission to first decision is approximately 4–6 weeks. The journal is committed to a fair, timely, and transparent peer review process.
