1. Duties of Authors

  • Authors must ensure that their work is original, free from plagiarism, and has not been published elsewhere.
  • Proper acknowledgment of all sources of data, ideas, and references must be given.
  • All authors must have significantly contributed to the research and approved the final manuscript.
  • Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest or funding sources.
  • If errors are discovered after publication, authors must promptly notify the journal to issue a correction or retraction.

2. Duties of Editors

  • Editors are responsible for making publication decisions based on the manuscript’s academic merit and its relevance to the journal's scope.
  • Editors must ensure a fair and unbiased review process.
  • Confidentiality of submitted manuscripts must be maintained.
  • Editors must take appropriate action when ethical complaints or misconduct are reported.

3. Duties of Reviewers

  • Reviewers must provide objective, constructive, and timely feedback to improve the quality of the manuscript.
  • Reviewers should not have any conflict of interest with the authors or the research.
  • Confidentiality must be maintained, and unpublished material must not be used for personal advantage.
  • Reviewers must alert the editor to any ethical issues, such as plagiarism or duplicate submission.

4. Plagiarism Policy

All submitted manuscripts are checked for plagiarism using reliable software. Any manuscript found to contain plagiarized content will be rejected immediately. Authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their work.

Handling of Ethical Misconduct

Morgensonne Journal of Multidisciplinary Community Service will take all allegations of misconduct  seriously and follow COPE guidelines in investigating and resolving ethical complaints.
